The selection and recruitment process goes through several stages of testing and qualification: the selection process is made according to specific criteria, conditions and requirements that ensure maximum rates of efficiency and effectiveness. Teachers are selected after passing several practical, theoretical and educational technical tests and personal interviews. When selecting and appointing teachers in technical specialties, the Academy requires that they be graduates of specialized colleges in the fields of art to ensure the highest rates of efficiency and technical quality for each specialty. The Academy offers a set of basic technical and educational training programs for staff as basic pre-service training to ensure the quality of the educational process and the continuous improvement of learning outcomes. The Academy offers programs to achieve sustainable professional development for teachers, which are one of the main pillars to ensure continuous improvement in teacher performance in order to obtain the highest level of educational performance within the Academy's schools. The educational process within Al-Suwaidi Technical Academy is based on modern and interactive learning strategies based on educational technology. The monitoring and evaluation of all aspects of the learning process is also one of the main activities related to the application of curricula and curricula, which is carried out by department heads supervising each discipline to monitor performance gaps and develop a plan for capacity building and professional development for teachers.
Trainers
The trainers of Al-Suwaidi Technical Academy are one of the most important elements for implementing the practical aspects of the approved and prescribed curricula within the Academy, in order to adopt the Academy's educational model on practical training for students at factory and company headquarters with a percentage exceeding (80%) of learning time. The training and qualification stages for trainers are mainly based on selection and appointment processes, which include many scientific and practical tests as well as personal interviews. Selection and appointment processes also depend mainly on the job description and the required educational qualifications. Specialized engineers are appointed in all fields available within the Academy. The Practical Training Department supervises the follow-up and evaluation of the performance of the training process within factories and companies in all its elements. Trainers in factories are monitored and evaluated by the Academy's Operations Sector in general and through the Training Department in particular by analyzing student results, writing periodic reports on what students were trained in in factories, as well as supervising the achievement of occupational health and safety rules during practical training.

As part of the 2020-25 strategy, the Swedish Technical Academy cooperates with various entities and organizations (local and international) to promote technical and vocational education and training (TVET) through specific initiatives and projects that meet the needs of the labor market to improve the quality of the workforce in accordance with international standards and to achieve the ambitious goal of serving 10,000 beneficiaries by 2025.
