  1. Accept STA students at company premises during the three-years apprenticeship training program.
  2. According to the duals system model, students should develop their attitude and acquire their technical skills by spending most of their practical training in a real work environment. The apprenticeship program could be applied at partner’s companies according to different frameworks:
    1. 3 to 4 days per week during all academic year (during summertime number of days could be increased in accordance to company needs)
    2. In blocks: 1 or 2 full months training (5-6 days per week), per each term, at the company site.
    3. Customized framework according to company’s needs.
